James Center Vacant Retail Space & Atrium
Our annual Flu Shot Clinic will be held on Wednesday, October 15, from 11:00 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. in James Center vacant retail space. The cost of a flu shot is $30.00 and a pneumonia shot is $45.00. There is no charge for shots if you have Medicare Part B, but please bring your Medicare card with you to take advantage of that benefi t.
To coincide with the Flu Shot Clinic on October 15, James Center YMCA is hosting a health fair in the Atrium! Please come and take advantage of health screenings and fi tness checks that will motivate you toward better health. We will have FREE resting heart rate, blood pressure, body composition and flexibility screenings. Additionally, there will be an option for a free Personal Wellness Profi le. This profile is a comprehensive health risk profi le and is valued at $50.00 but is free to James Center tenants on October 15. The health fair will begin at 11:15 a.m. and go until 1:30 p.m.
